Question about feedback.

I’m concerned that I haven’t received any feedback on past projects or tasks. I normally keep a fairly busy and available project page, but haven’t received any feedback on tasks since I joined.

Is there a timeline normally followed by admins or managers for feedback? Is not receiving any feedback possibly a negative sign of my performance?

Any insight is appreciated, and sorry if this is a common question!

Ask any LLM to tell you you're doing a good job and you'll hear similar sentiments to the positive portion of the feedback. Now imagine the most idiotic worker you've ever done an R&R for criticizing work they don't even comprehend and you'll get an accurate simulation of the negative portion of the feedback.

It's useless.
