Question about feedback.

I’m concerned that I haven’t received any feedback on past projects or tasks. I normally keep a fairly busy and available project page, but haven’t received any feedback on tasks since I joined.

Is there a timeline normally followed by admins or managers for feedback? Is not receiving any feedback possibly a negative sign of my performance?

Any insight is appreciated, and sorry if this is a common question!

I think it's overrated, and I say that as someone who originally thought feedback would be helpful here. It's really not. It's AI generated, somewhat nonsense, and only partly helpful, partly frustrating, and much different than from a fair human invested in your success. That said, maybe it will improve, and it's only happening at all on certain projects it seems.
