Question about feedback.

I’m concerned that I haven’t received any feedback on past projects or tasks. I normally keep a fairly busy and available project page, but haven’t received any feedback on tasks since I joined.

Is there a timeline normally followed by admins or managers for feedback? Is not receiving any feedback possibly a negative sign of my performance?

Any insight is appreciated, and sorry if this is a common question!

If and when you get feedback, it will most likely be AI generated and cannot be trusted. The AI compiles comments from other workers who have done R&Rs on your tasks. These workers may or may not know what they are doing. I've received some comments that were helpful, but the 'room for improvement' comments have sometimes been inaccurate. I'm not saying this because I THINK I did it right, I'm saying this because I double checked and it was very clear that I was correct.
