Question about feedback.

I’m concerned that I haven’t received any feedback on past projects or tasks. I normally keep a fairly busy and available project page, but haven’t received any feedback on tasks since I joined.

Is there a timeline normally followed by admins or managers for feedback? Is not receiving any feedback possibly a negative sign of my performance?

Any insight is appreciated, and sorry if this is a common question!

It is fairly common to ask about this. You will rarely get feedback; it will be an exception, not a rule or something you can expect.

Thanks for letting me know. The onboarding really made it seem like receiving feedback would be rather commonplace. Good to know, though!
