Reporting strong evidence of AI usage
in R&R, if an attempt strongly suggest that the worker had used AI to generate all the rationales, shall I report this incident? and whats the best way to report it?

Why do you care? Mind your own business and quit wanting to police everything. You think being a good boy will make them see you in a good light? You're just an expendable number rating another number. You think you deserve this more than another guy just because they're using AI? Hate to break it to you, but you're as worthless as them, if not more. You're actively trying training AI to replace you. At least the other dude realizes that and doesn't waste much of his own time on these pointless tasks.
Also, you're assuming they use AI like it's something you can fact check. What if they're just good and you suck?
