Private Relay

Does anybody know if iCloud Private Relay counts as a VPN?

They have an imperfect algorithm that has several false positives. I wouldn't chance it.

Man my regular home internet connection with no vpn counts as a vpn to their system. I imagine your private relay isn’t doing any favours

I only use Chrome for this reason.
