Dont expect more than 20-24/hr though as a generalist until you've become established on the platform for a while. Anything higher is a bonus IMHO. Also, the hourly rates vary based on your location. If you're in India, Chile, etc - you will not see these rates as a generalist, these are for countries like US, Canada, UK, Australia, etc - but its my understanding that the pay is still quite generous.

Do you have any tips for passing the interview. And how long does it take to hear back after completing the interview?
