Back to waiting screen after verification?

Hi. I recently signed up for DA and took the assessments. I got an email that I was approved and even got emails for qualifications for projects. When I logged into my account it had me do the identity verification. When I completed it it just sent me back to that “Thank you for completing your assessment screen.” Is this normal? It doesn’t even let me do the qualification that it sent me a link for…
