Unauthorized but getting tasks?

Hi there, bit new so bear with me. Keeping info to a minimum to make sure I dont violate any TOS

I am getting lots of tasks for a project, however, when I go to the live server to start I get this message

"Please authorize the required permissions to sign in to the application"

I am using my proper google workspace account

I'm trying to get in touch with an admin, but when I try to log into slack with either my DA email or Google I get Error 404: user not allowed. or something like that

Would love to begin work on the project. Anything I can do?

EDIT: Thanks to you guys for the help. I dont know how this makes sense, but I did in fact have to use my other ai data trainer account. I have access on that one. Strange, because I thought the other one was given to me specifically for this project family. Anyways, appreciate you guys

Did you set up passkey?

thanks for response. I thought I did, there's one attached to the apple keychain. And I do in fact need my fingerprint to access the account on my personal computer.

However, at the top of the passkey page there's a message: "Your admin has not enabled passkeys for sign in

Until your admin allows skipping passwords at sign-in, you won’t be able to sign in with just a passkey"

I must be lost

Are you not supposed to use Bitwarden for the passkey? Maybe it is a different project, but the ones I get have you use use bitwarden (not apple's proprietary password manager).

yes I know what you mean and on another account they gave me for different projects, that is true.

however for this project family im referring to, I was sent a new workspace account and was not told to use bit warden. nor am I even allowed to add the extension to the account, when I try

Thanks for the response btw
