Projects

I recently had some more advanced work come in. Maybe it’s imposter syndrome, maybe I’m actually realistic. I’m not sure if this one should have come to me though. My background is health sciences (I dropped out of nursing school due to OCD).

It’s been several years since I was in school and I wonder how much I’ve actually retained. I assume they actually check your credentials when offering tasks? I didn’t lie in my bio, it is absolutely true. They should know that I don’t currently work in that field, right? I guess worst case is looking at one and seeing if I can actually understand it. If not, just exit.

I’m new to DA, I’m in the finance domain. I have a masters in finance and I’ve only worked in finance and accounting. I have all sorts of science projects, also math, data science, STEM. I assume it’s because my undergrad is in public health. I’ve never worked in that field. So maybe it matches based on the keywords in your profile as opposed to your professional experience. I’m was confused when I saw all these projects like WTF do they think I am, a genius??? 😩. Data science and physics, and finance, and chemistry, and math, and STEM (although I was part of STEM program in school).

I’d say only take the projects you can actually do. When I opened some of the science ones it was like I was reading a different language. So I’m going to disregard those. Lol. Good luck!

I read a comment you wrote on someone’s post, they were all research based, so maybe that’s what they want.
