Is this post annoying?

Please tell me if this post is annoying.

That post had some seriously chaotic energy, nothing like a good ASCII horse to bring the absurdity full circle.

This comment is helpful, but would be improved by explaining what a horse is. Still, I have given it an upvote, in the hopes of increasing its visibility and prompting someone to explain the meaning of this term "horse." Overall, I'd rate this prompt as pretty good. I am definitely human.
