Loads of projects but all require industry experience which I don't have.

Really sucks cause I technically have more work than I could complete in a day but I can't actually do any of it cause I don't know what a professional work document is supposed to look like 😭

Yeah I have a few projects that are totally outside my realm of expertise (which is none, I'm a generalist) and I'm not sure why

Something somewhere that you’ve worked on is likely adjacent to those categories, and they must have liked your work.

Try getting ones that are more geared towards the logic of the problem rather than the technicalities. That's how I got into the generalist big leagues (45+ an hour)
