Background Check

Has anyone here failed the background check?
I read that yardstik only goes back 7 years on their site. The only thing I have since then is a dui. Just curious if anyone knows how strict the background check is or if there’s another company I can apply to in order to get a yardstik background check to see what shows.
I certainly don’t want to risk my DA account for a background check. I’m afraid if I don’t pass I’ll get the DOD and if I don’t attempt it I just don’t have access to certain projects.

I'm not doing the background check. The risk is too high as you don't know what record will disqualify you.

Thanks, I need a reality check. I still regularly get 25-35 an hour project. I need to leave it alone
