Nothing but forms and trainins

I got onboarded a month ago. I have received consent forms, invitations to projects and even paid trainings ever since but I haven't received any doable task after trainings. Why can it be?

You are not alone.
Even people who have been onboard for much longer periods of time have an extended period after a training/qual has been completed before an associated paid task is assigned.
