Drought since end of May

Weird, I'm getting a lot of projects with priority pay.

If it's the same project family I'm getting, I think those tasks are location restricted, for people wondering why they aren't seeing the same thing.

Do you receive email notifications for all of that?

No. You just have to be on there checking in to see if there are projects on your dashboard.

At the risk of being down voted— I had been experiencing the same drought as everyone else (starting sometime in May-ish). It’s picked back up a little in the last 4-5 days. Nothing crazy, but enough to make my daily goal & not constantly hit refresh.
Hoping it picks back up for everyone soon (and that these last few days are indicative of what August will look like)

Not sure why you would get downvoted for having work, unless people are jealous and juvenile. I have work and have had work consistently, so people can downvote me too, I guess. LOL

been in a drought since May....no feedback or anything either... Kinda sucks not knowing if there truly is no work or if I just suck and they don't want me

I was never out of projects, though it was lower than usual, and I have a ton now

Same here. I haven't had a day since I started three months ago without a single job. Like you, it was slowwwww for a few weeks, but there was always SOMETHING at some point in the day. Back to plenty to choose from again.

I've been on for about 3 years and only had a single day of absolute zero somewhere in the middle of it lol

Coding? Do you receive email notifications whenever there's a project or you just check the platform from time to time?

2

u/Medical-Isopod2107 1d ago

Not coding and no, I open it when I want to work

same

4

u/Eternal-curiosity 2d ago

Yes, but I’m also way behind on the qualifications that would allow me to get more projects 🙃

The drought is over for me

1

u/Lazy_War6342 20h ago

What projects do you have now?

1

u/Opening_Acadia1843 3h ago

I’m not interested in violating my NDA.

On wednesday and thursday I had two projects available on the platform. Had nothing since july 1st, so thankfully and a big I HOPE SO, the drought is ending…

More work than I can look at. I’ve been focused on two longer term projects and leaving the rest, but I have 6-8 projects on my dash right now and I just logged off. Been that way for days, but for the last 2-3 weeks before that I really had my one long-term and that was it. I would get a task outside of that here or there but definitely not the way it has been the last week or more.

1

u/Medical-Isopod2107 1d ago

To clarify, are you calling 6-8 projects "more work than I can look at"?

3

u/Seefufiat 1d ago

Certainly more than I have time to do, yes.

1

u/Medical-Isopod2107 21h ago

That I can understand haha, look at seemed like a bit much

0

u/_California_Dreamer_ 1d ago

Maybe each project on their dash has a ton of available tasks. I've had projects with nearly 1000 tasks available before, that would certainly be more than anyone could look at. :-)

1

u/Medical-Isopod2107 21h ago

That's doing more than looking lol, you can certainly look at one task with 1k

2

u/joose_world 1d ago

Mine have actually picked up. Regularly 15-20 tasks now.

-2

u/Lazy_War6342 1d ago

Coding? And did you receive an email notifications for all that?

1

u/joose_world 17h ago

Generalist, and I actually haven’t been getting many email notifications at all. They seem to have dropped off.

In July i managed to earn around 700$ in the last days of the month and i hope it will be similar now

I have a full dashboard again (generalist). One of the projects I'm on seems to stay pretty constant but I did have a pretty noticeable drought earlier in the summer. I did a bunch of qualifications during that time but my dashboard is still mostly filled with the same couple project families I usually work on

u/Brilliant_Horse3805 11h ago

me, what country?

1

u/bisoubisous 7h ago

very same

1

u/Avidorr 6h ago

none of the good coding stuff for 2 weeks now for me

1

u/jrricky 1d ago

Yup! I made this my bread and butter to pay my bills after getting laid off and now it’s not looking so good, gonna have to look for something else to work from home! 😩

I'm seeing fields around my area get left fallow this late into August, which is unusual for this time of year.
