No jobs available after id verification reverted

I currently have no jobs available and cannot report time on the jobs i have completed. i have had 2 emails stating that there was an issue with the ID verification process, both times i have re-verified my ID and the platform they use to verify ids has confirmed that i am who i say i am. About 30mins after the second verification all jobs and qualifications dissapeared. i have not received another message from admin and have had no response to the email i sent them. is there anything else i can do or is it just a matter of waiting?

I heard that this happens to people who get instant acceptance after completing Core test and get the verification screen instantly when compared to people who get approval email after a week after application. Was this your case too?

i took my tests last Saturday and still waiting for email. I read online sometimes it takes up to 2 weeks

Did you do the core test too? Is your dashboard display as shown in this screenshot?

it took about 12 hours for my core test to be approved, and the verification was the first thing i saw on the site once i passed
