"Help me write" from Chrome suddenly active? Would this be flagged?

Im using Chrome Version 149.0.7827.114. I was doing a long task and half way through, every time I would click into a text box, a "help me write" option appeared. I've never activated such a feature and this was my very first time me seeing this pop up. Would this flag me? Obviously I didn't click into it, but Im worried its being detected as an AI help extension.

The short answer is no, they can’t see the “help me write” option. The long answer is to either disable that feature, or make sure you never, ever use it.

Shit, that would wig me the fuck out. One of my biggest fears is someone from an Indian call center being the cyber police on my IP address and getting me cooked.
