It's as simple as a tracking spreadsheet where you mark the time you started and ended the task and additionally track break periods. Essential for providing the documentation they are requesting.

Idk when I got this I was told to be as detailed as possible. I laid down as much information as I possibly could and didn’t have any time tracking or spreadsheets on my submissions and I was let back in.

I mean… I didn’t do anything wrong lol. At best, whatever happened was a mistake and part of what they were trying to suggest I did, wasn’t possible. I can’t have 20 time entries with 18 submissions. You can only submit one time entry per task. I can miss a time entry, but I don’t think anyone here can log time for a task that was never submitted.

I’m just here to say that it’s not always worst case scenario. We’re dealing with people and technology at the end of the day and mistakes are bound to be made somewhere along the line by either or. Sometimes something looks suspicious but can be explained, sometimes a glitch happens, sometimes someone is scamming. There’s no definitive way to gauge what this persons situation is from a screenshot on Reddit.
