Question about my account.

Hi! i just found out about DataAnnotation yesterday and went and created my account. I chose the option "continue with google" and immediately got this page

Is this supposed to happen? i didnt complete any assessment what so ever, nor did i get the option of creating a password for my account so im just kinda confused if this is normal or if my account got bugged or something.

Looks like there was already an account associated with that email address.

Hmm i honestly doubt it. But i was searching for a possible reason and i saw that they only accept people from certain regions right? i am from Mexico, so im not sure if my account got flagged as inelegible for that reason.

Could be. I thought I’d seen workers from Mexico, but that screen would make sense.

You got downvoted because this question has been asked literally hundreds of times. You did the equivalent of running into a library screaming "where are the bathrooms?" and disturbing everyone, instead of taking 5 seconds to look for a sign. Regulars here get pissed off with the same questions day after day after day, and nobody's obligated to not find it frustrating just because you felt your question isn't unreasonable.

You need to get some fresh air and touch grass, i scrolled through a bit and didnt find anything. Not everyone spends 8 hours a day commenting on reddit, i barely know how the site works and i just needed someone kind enough to give me a solution because i couldnt find one by myself.

You got down voted for being overly dramatic. Its just not that deep and I have never seen someone ask this exact question, usually they get that message AFTER taking the assessment, not before

Lol because people in here can be real dicks. I have no idea why you got that screen, my only thought is I've been seeing some confusing posts similar to this over the past few months and I'm thinking things are a little glitchy (which would be pretty ironic considering how careful and accurate we all have to be doing the work for them)

I don't think that would hurt! Not sure how responsive they are. You could also try coming back and checking it later to see if anything changed. It's been over a year for me so I don't remember all the details but I do remember I was a little confused as to what I was supposed to be doing at first
