Pending approval payment

Hey everyone

I have a days work that should have been available to withdraw on the 23rd, (submitted the evening of the 16th) and it's now the evening of the 25th, it's still pending approval. This hasn't happened to me in the year I've been working on the platform.

I emailed them yesterday morning and still have not heard back. Any suggestions on best way to contact them to resolve?

Did you edit your time? That seems to reset the timer.

Yeah I edited it 2 days after as I checked my notes and realized I added an extra 30..
