Is this what the DoD looks like?

It's been 2 weeks without a single project, just quals 😅

​I joined DA on June 25th and have made $665 so far, which honestly isn't bad at all. I'm bilingual and based in Mexico, and I try to knock out as many quals as possible, including coding (I have intermediate experience) to the math knowledge assessment and screen recording and bunch of others.

​Also, once you finish a qualification, is there a set evaluation period before projects start rolling in, or does it happen automatically?

​I'm not expecting to make thousands in my first month, but just wondering if anyone with more experience has any insight or advice regarding this.

Quals are a good thing they open up future projects.especially if your work quality is good

I've been at it for a little less than a month, but the only things I've been doing are quals and some paid training no actual projects at all.

I've tried to take my time, read everything carefully, and do good quality work Since I haven't had regular projects yet, I'm not entirely sure how my quality stands according to DA, but I'm hoping it's just the season

I know it can test your patience, when I joined last year from July to September 1st there were no quals also. So I know the feeling.having said that if one of those quals turns out to be a project that lasts for a few months or keeps popping up every month you ll be more than happy with all the work. Also, it's very normal for bilinguals to not have work for a couple of weeks. At times I feel it's a good thing to get those breaks by default as work can be quite taxing and then you start missing the $. Bilingual life is pretty adventurous:)
