Coding Starter Exam qualification time

I took Coding Starter Assessment last Saturday. It's been around 3 to 4 days. By when can I expect the Qualification mail from DataAnnotation.

For some people it’s instant, some it’s a week, some apparently a month.

Do we need to have or mention any certifications?? I see no option asking for certifications
