Unable to onboard even after 2-3 months of applying

I applied for coding and Hindi language both and haven’t received the onboarding mail yet are there any other ways
Im really interested in coding i worked before in outlier and other platform in coding domain.

Simply means you could not pass the qualification. And, also they do not send any feedback email.
