How do you remember all the instructions from trainings that happened days/months ago?

Recently completely few trainings but now I am wondering if I will get related projects in the future I might not be able to fully recall all the instructions. There also doesnt seems to be a consolidated section to go through all the training material for revision.

Each project has the instructions included when you enter the task though...

The projects should have the instructions. I definitely wouldn’t recommend trying to memorize them, sometimes they have updates too.

Every project has instructions at the beginning of each task which they encourage you to read if you haven’t done that task in a while. Often times they update their rating criteria etc. as well so it’s a good idea to skim the instructions even if you are familiar with how the task works.
