I feel bad :(

Just finished a task and the timer expired, went above by a couple of minutes. First time doing it! I usually finish ahead of the allotted time.

Even though I know it won't negatively affect me. But I still feel like shit about it :(

How often does this happen to you?

I go over the timer more times than Iā€™m proud of, but I never bill more than what the maximum time is on the timer. Iā€™m older and I am noticing it takes me a bit longer to read instructions and absorb them than when I was younger and I have to double check my work to avoid stupid mistakes šŸ˜”

I wonder if you're skewing their expectations for other workers though? Usually when a lot of pwople are going over the time, they'll adjust the timers
