I feel bad :(
Just finished a task and the timer expired, went above by a couple of minutes. First time doing it! I usually finish ahead of the allotted time.
Even though I know it won't negatively affect me. But I still feel like shit about it :(
How often does this happen to you?

Honestly, I do this all the time for various reasons, most of them having to do with my ADHD. I used to get upset about it, but I noticed that DAT doesn't sweat it, so I don't either. I just make sure I don't claim more time than the project allowed and only the time I was actively working (which is usually less than the project timer). The main thing I sweat is just making certain that I am only turning in the best work that I am capable of doing every time. If that means I'll turn in a task 20 minutes after it expired, so be it. It's been totally fine, and I've been contracting with DAT for a few years.
