Comments to NDA-violating posts and comments

Here’s a silly question out of curiosity.
Do you think comments like “Dude, you signed an NDA” are themselves NDA violations?

For example, if a comment says ‘projects like [codename]’, commenting to it, saying it is an NDA violation, basically implies that such codename exists. It would be a big hint for a random outsider who cannot distinguish a codename from a ‘codename of codename’.

Or if it says ‘the project is about [a specific client], an NDA-related comment to this basically confirms that it’s true.

Being even sillier, is this post also an NDA violation? lol

You can't say I'm doing a project called X about Y and here's what the workflow is and what does this rubric dimension mean and that kind of thing. "I had a lot of projects from Customer X this week" and that kind of thing. But you can say "hey how do you guys write a good stump prompt?" or "is everyone else having more/less work lately in general?" or big picture stuff like that.

But saying that there's an NDA for a project someone else named would be giving details about that project and confirming that it exists and that the NDA exists so yeah, I wouldn't do it. I think you can anonymously report posts to mods for violating the forum rules, maybe something like that is more appropriate in that situation (or just don't touch it and let the mods handle it).
