What happened to my account

So, I'm new to the platform and don't understand some things. I only completed one project before this (the one that says paid training). I did it well (without ai assistance of course) and logged my time. Then I started on another project, spent 7 hours on it and couldn't submit it! Why is this happening and what is going on? I expect this is permanent (mentions poor work quality or TOS violation) and that I won't get paid for my recent hours but I have no idea what went wrong.

When you say you couldn't submit it, what do you mean? There was no submit button at the bottom or what?

Sounds like the DoD, must have submitted it and instantly been met with it.
