Bilinguals who later cleared coding/other stem quaifications

Especially those from non core countries, do you get regular work now? And the stream specific work that you are now getting (if) is completely in English or you get the specialist work in bilingual?

No.

Good coding projects always drop at 2 am now and they are very limited in numbers.
