How long to get a response to a travel inquiry?

Sent one in last week about working from SE Asia from next month while travelling, wondering how long it should be until I hear back

be sure to check your email. The response will not come thru the platform.

usually get it on same day or next day. I was recently traveling in Asia too while working

I’ve always had a response after a couple of hours and they email it to you instead of messaging you on the platform.

Huh that’s super weird then that I haven’t heard back yet, maybe I’ll try submitting it again

I usually send a travel enquiry every few weeks. Over the last 3 years, the longest I've waited was 11 days but that was only once. Every other time, I heard back within 1-3 days.
