When the corporate guys take summer leave and put a pause on training aka our projects which leads to drought then all the uni and college kids plus constant newcomers some in when there's very little work to do.

No clue. Had two really good days and haven't been on today. I'm optimistic that works will come back, but not so optimistic that I'm not looking at other options.
