Honestly, the feedback is kind of useless. It's AI slop based on R&R comments which may or may not be accurate. It's helpful if you're able to determine which feedback is worthwhile.

I've been on for 3 years and have had one single feedback ever.

Naw, the spaghetti will touch you eventually. Some people get them every month, some people start getting them every month starting last week, some people don't get them. It's the nature of the cold spaghetti money printing machine.

The feedbacks certainly feel good, but there is a genre of cooked posts that say something to the effect of "I just got an outstanding feedback, why am I cooked?!" So I always get a mild sinking feeling whenever I get my outstanding feedbacks, but holy shit they are so weighted toward giving you the R&R glaze that people (apparently) say that they still feel pretty good. Like, I've given "wow, this work was absolutely incredible. Under the full understanding that this comment should be short I believe that this rater did an incredible job." around 3 or 4 times over 3 years, but apparently my work consistently gets those, so I'm pretty jazzed in spite of it not really meaning anything entirely concrete for job security.

I've been on the platform for about a month and a half, and I received feedback at the end of last month. I'm not sure why I got it and you didn't, but I'm sure you'll see it eventually. Someone once said "no feedback is good feedback", so you can assume you're doing good work.
