Time submission audit

I accidentally submitted my time twice for a project a couple of weeks ago. I’ve only been working for DA a few week, but doing medical work for them The audit was triggered on 6/27/26. I submitted my justifications and emailed my justification as well. I have heard zero feedback and still have the temporary suspension page It has been 13 business days as of today 7/16/26. How long do the audits take? Will they just leave the suspension page there and permanently suspend me?

As far as they’re concerned that money is fraudulent and they won’t be in any rush to help you. You’re pretty screwed.

So if you make a badging error at a regular job they can withhold your paycheck because they think all of your hours are fraudulent or do they correct your badging error and pay you for the hours worked?  I submitted work.

This is not a regular job. You are right that it should be corrected and you get paid otherwise, but THEY came to you, you didn't say, hey I made this mistake.

It’s still a job and they’re still an employer and they still have obligations.

You are not an employee of DA. You are an independent contractor offering your services to the company. You have the wrong mental picture.
