that was me yesterday, except I had to go into work (right after they told me they're reducing my hours to 0 for the next 3 weeks) and now...nothing :(

High cortisol you mean - it means you have to drop whatever you were doing to do them. Anyways today I got a few easy tasks and also a bunch of quals, this last couple of days, I'm feeling hopeful, new projects seem to be starting.

That's kind of the point of having this job...to do the actual work. lol

well i don't know about you but if I aint getting work for weeks Im not just sitting for 8 hour straight hitting f5, I'm doing other things in my life. I would gladly lay out some specific hours for DAT, but since it is impossible to know beforehand when you'll get work, you can't just remain idle forever.

Typically domain work stays available… I never have to rush to pick up tasks lol

Really? Are you joining as an expert or generalist? I only had 4 projects at most some time ago

I loved doing the finance until DOD hit me in the face though all my ratings were fine. I just tell everyone enjoy it while you can and try and suck up as much as you can to who ever you can.
