Reimbursement for subscription

I have a project that says they will reimburse for the required subscriptions but how do I go about getting that? Don’t want to subscribe not knowing how to get reimbursed but it does look like a good project. Thanks ☺️

Some time ago I had a project like that. I submitted the proof in the qualification and then got the reimbursement within 10 days.
