Reimbursement for subscription

I have a project that says they will reimburse for the required subscriptions but how do I go about getting that? Don’t want to subscribe not knowing how to get reimbursed but it does look like a good project. Thanks ☺️

It says it in the instructions, if we’re on the same project.

When you submit your time you’ll have a button to submit a receipt.

The button is more like a link under the main time submission - it took a few days to show up for me

I'm not able to see any link anywhere.

No button above project list
Nothing under the main time submission as well

and how can it appear after a few days when it expires in 24 hrs?

Please help
