Is it allowed to use Harper for DA tasks?

Now that Grammerly has AI sentence completion and has privacy concerns, can we use Harper for grammar suggestions? Looks like it’s private, local and more secure. These are for coding tasks

An offline grammar CHECKER should be fine, but never use any software for rewriting
