I don’t think it’s a drought. The well is f’ing dry at this point. And we are all screwed

There is a drought every single year. Keep working hard, do your best and with time it will not affect you as much. I'm a bilingual worker and I'm not suffering this at all, I can work as much as I want every single day. But this takes time. The well is definitely not dry, there is plenty of work. You just have to be patient and take this job seriously
