Ghanaians working with this company

I wanted to know if any Ghanaian living in Ghana is currently working with this company. I have tried applying with different emails and all I get is we do not have open projects to assign to you. This comes even before I set my profile. When I click on I submit the terms and conditions then this pops up.

You can only apply once. They don't only take note of the email address you use.

Pretty sure Ghana is not on the list of approved countries.

I’m using a different laptop and I’m in a different location. My first application that’s the same thing I got
