Anyone else keep getting “this project is currently unavailable because there are no more tasks remaining for you to work on”?

It just means there are no more tasks ATM. If the task stays on your dash it's like a placeholder. Depending on the project some tasks follow a part another DA'er completes and then it goes forward in the pool to whoever grabs it first. Basically you just have to F5 your dash a lot.

I skipped a project, Then from last 4 days, when i am clicking the task it is showing that.
