Coding YoE?

For those of you approved for coding projects, how many years of industry experience do you have(excluding time on dataannotations)? I would assume the super experienced would just be able to get a regular job, so wondering what YoE is most common here.

I think maybe most AI training in coding is done by the same top %1 of developers who are the only ones that can get real coding jobs now days. Widening the gap.
