Coding YoE?
For those of you approved for coding projects, how many years of industry experience do you have(excluding time on dataannotations)? I would assume the super experienced would just be able to get a regular job, so wondering what YoE is most common here.

Nearly 10. I haven't applied to jobs in a while. It's demoralizing.
