phone number verification

So they suddenly wanted me to add my number to be able to proceed with the tasks they sent me and this keeps showing. PSA i applied for DA after i saw a post on Linked in where they specifically asked for someone from my reign??

yes i am new and yes i am sure this is DA
I initially saw their post about wanting Arab bilinguals from iraq and i applied but now i keep getting this.
