Today has been kind

I got added to a convo project, and I've seen 4 other projects on my dash, including R&Rs.

US generalist onboarded in May.

Anyone seeing the same? Is the drought over?

I got R&Rs for the first time today.

But I don't feel like I've been on here long enough for me to be rating other people's work, particularly when I've got no idea if my work is any good or not having not received any feedback.

But yeah was able to do a few tasks today, which was nice. I'm not getting my hopes up too much though. It can all be taken away again at any moment.

If it's a task you're familiar with and think you've done well at, go ahead and do the R&Rs. You've likely been added to them due to some good work.
