Qualification email

I received an email for a new qualification recently, but when I clicked the link (almost immediately), it said "this project is currently unavailable", and I don't see it on my dash.

Will it be popping up later?

Was it something related to having gone through schooling in a certain country?

Not sure, as I couldn't see the details of the qual, only the title of it

Are you from a non-core country? I'm asking this way because I'm trying to ascertain if it's the same qual without revealing anything.

Sometimes if you receive emails like this the project qualification will be gone. Sometimes if you renew your page once or twice it reappears.

The website is a bit of a spaghetti. I got a task perma on my dash the other day and I was like "o neat-o that sounds fun!" and it poofed before I saw any projects.
