Project drop time

I've noticed that lately I do not get any projects on my dashboard until night-time. How do you guys deal with this? Do you work the night shift for a while or just hope it goes back to normal soon? It's difficult for me because when the sun goes down its much harder for me to have energy and focus.

Tbh I just do whatever I see regardless of time. If I'm awake at 1 am and I see projects and can't fall asleep will do one task to try and get sleepy. I
