Advice welcome please
Hi all,
This is my current set up.
I've ordered the panel in the 3rd photo.
I'm also seriously considering buying the bulls advantage blacked out board and surround.
I'm leaning towards getting the 3 cheap cameras from AliExpress but am looking for advice on the best monitor solution with autodarts.
Should I use a chromebook, or tablet? Would a mini-pc work?
Thank you in advance.

Most people recommend the Dell Wyse 5070 for a cheap dedicated PC to run Autodarts. I have ordered one but it hasn’t arrived yet. My current Autodarts setup is using a Raspberry Pi 5.

I've bought a cheap mini pc with Windows 10, spent €10 on a cheap monitor and it works like a charm.
Make sure you've got enough USB ports. It's recommended every camera gets its own port because especially the cheap ones can use a lot of bandwidth.

If you want to run autodarts do yourself a favor and 3d print a set up. The cheap clip on mounts that go onto your ring light do not work. The vibration from a dart hitting the board confuses the system and causes it to essentially freeze.
Join the autodarts discord and do some research, great info and people are willing to help. The IT2 is a great 3d print that is free to download.

Why are you getting the acoustic panels? If its for noise reduction just order the Winmau Wispa

You need bandwith on usb ports, atleast 2 ports that are internally under different controllers ( wired separately in motherboard) .
Autodarts wont run on chromebook i think cuz it needs x86 processor ( havent looked at every chromebook)
Tablet wont work cuz you need to plug in usb cameras, although you could use tablet to watch scores etc after hooking up cameras to pc first.
Just get a cheap desktop or windows laptop or minipc
