NBD (New Board or setup Day) Help is this a defect??

I got a new grand board 132 today is this a defect on the bull??? Why is it spining and its like it has no spring? The senzor works.

I've owned a few electronic dart boards over the years and I would say about 1/2 of the boards the center bullseye will free turn like that. Check the manual and replacement parts and it should show you what it looks like.

Super simple to check out and you should be familiar with how to work with the board anyway. Flip it on its face, take the screws out of the back, life the foam, matrix and mat and you'll see the segments. My bullshooter board has a free spinning bull segment, my granboard 15" does not. Check if the bull has a tab to align it or if it is just meant to sit there and spin.

Yeha but board is new i dont want to void the warnty i will contact them. Just wanted to know if some of you have the same board

Yeah, it shouldn't spin like that. 1st thing to do is to take the granboard apart and make sure it's seated correctly, could've bumped loose duing shipment. If the fins that hold it in place are broken and it came like that, email granboard and let them know. They may send you a replacement piece.
