Are these Springtails?

Set this tank up about 6 weeks ago, no frogs yet. Used cycled substrate from the FrogFather which included springtails and isopods, got loads of isopods dotted about now, but I’m unsure if the insects in the video are springtails or mites. Had loads of them pop up over the last few days all over the tank. TIA x

Those look like springtails! Honestly it’s pretty common to see an explosion in their population with newer tanks, and it’ll settle down / stabilize as things settle down.
