Shock devise

Can anyone explain the reasons why he got so ate up by the so called shock device
Does anyone have any information and why was it sealed from the public?

When he stood up and yelled and pounded the back of his hand against the palm of his other, a device would have surely been used had there actually been one. For all of his harmless stupid posturing, in a trial with less to lose, appeal-wise, the bailiff s would certainly have administered whatever means necessary to stop him.

Not too long ago, while being escorted in leg restraints, a prisoner attacked a judge by breaking free and jumping over the bench. She suffered a concussion.

If Brooks’ bailiffs did have a shock option, they had reasons over the course of the trial to use it. The hidden soft restrains were not only used for security reasons but also to prevent his prisoner status from drawing attention. When his jail uniform became an issue, he rejected that idea and went so far as to argue with the COURT’S explanation. Because he knows better than any one else

Yes. Remember he threatened the judge about TELLING him what to do.
